RealDoll is searching for an exceptional Social Media/Community Manager. Abyss Creations is an industry leader of adult industry products and robotics. This role will be at the center of our strategy of curating brand content, social strategy implementation, and driving social engagement for our brands. In addition to creating and managing content, this individual will be the face of our brand on social channels, interacting with the community, and promoting the business. A comfortability with the brand products and willingness to publicly act as a brand manager is essential.

As a content marketer, you will cultivate the social media presence for our brands, forming strong connections with consumers. This is achieved by creating unique content, crafting posts, managing reports, utilizing analytic tools, and defining and overseeing content calendars. We’ve built a world-class-industry-first brand, unlike any in our space, and our Social Media/Community Manager is a huge part of that, working across a range of disciplines to create impactful, integrated, and measurable results on social channels. This role will also actively work with our affiliates/partners to grow the visibility of our products through affiliate networks.

You can do this
• Develop social strategies and channel plans that change the game.
• Utilize social analytics tools like Facebook/IG Insights, Twitter Analytics, and any reporting tools to generate insights across any social channel utilized by the brand.
• Summarize insights to create ongoing monthly reports.
• Create and maintain Content Calendars for all social communities, including writing post content, and managing image and video assets.
• Content Creation – ability to create unique content through photography and videography, bringing experienced/top-notch visually creative capabilities. We are artists and visual masters, looking for an artist to capture all we do as a business.
• Work with various teams to create branded content for communities to connect with culture.
• Utilize social media management tools to respond to user comments and posts.
• Enforce Social Media Guidelines and Monitor User Content.
• Take on multiple projects at the same time and work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate and manage professional relationships with affiliates, providing them with anything needed to grow the visibility of our products through their networks. This includes business relationship management and ongoing communication(s).
• Act as a brand manager and publicly share online through video/photos speaking to the target audience and customer base.
• Present ideas clearly and effectively.

You have this
• 2+ years of social media experience, managing platforms, and communities for brands.
• A deep affinity for social media and brand development, with a vast knowledge of the social media landscape.
• Comfortability with our content and the adult industry
• A solid point-of-view and collaborative nature.
• An in-depth understanding of what it takes to build modern brands.
• Experience with analytics and research.
• Experience in brand strategy.
