We handle every order with absolute confidentiality and discretion. We respect your privacy and never share, rent, or sell your personal information.
We will confirm your order by email, phone, fax, or mail – please specify your preference on the order form.
If you pay for your doll order using a check, money order, or wire transfer, you may deduct $150 off the price! This offer is not valid for non doll purchases or credit card sales.
Shipments within California are subject to CA state sales tax (8.75%). Sales tax will be added to any order shipping within California regardless of the residency of the buyer. Sales tax will be added to any order picked up at our factory regardless of the residency of the buyer.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. We do not offer payment plans or financing options. Payment may be made by personal check, cashier’s check, money orders, bank-to-bank wire transfer, or credit cards (US & Canada orders only). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. Payment must be in US dollars only. We accept PayPal as a payment method worldwide.
Non doll orders ship either UPS Ground or USPS. Non doll orders may be shipped to Post Office boxes. Shipping is calculated on the total value of merchandise in your shopping cart as well as final destination.
Domestic Doll Shipping
Shipping and handling starts at $550 on dolls within the continental United States. Delivery is curbside only – not to your door. If you require special handling (if you live in an apartment not on ground floor, for example) please contact us for a quote, as additional fees may apply.
All doll orders are shipped by freight in a secure and rugged wooden shipping crate. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes; we must have a street address for delivery. You are notified prior to and when your order is shipped. We do not permit other freight carriers to pick up our dolls.
You must be available to sign for the crate when it is delivered. The shipping company will not drop the crate off in a garage or backyard. You may designate an approved delivery contact prior to shipping if you cannot be present to sign for the crate, but we must have this designated person’s name before we ship the crate. The shipping company will not release the crate to an unknown person.
International Doll Shipping
International shipping and handling starts at $900 on dolls to most countries ($1100 to Australia and New Zealand). International shipments may be subject to the customs fees, import duties, and taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped. Due to import laws, we cannot ship our dolls to any country in South America or the Middle East (including India).
International shipping is not door to door, but to the closest customs clearing office to your home (typically the nearest international airport.) Once the crate arrives you will be contacted by the customs agent to claim your crate. You will need to clear the crate through customs and pay any import taxes and duties as well as transportation from customs to your home. If you are not familiar with the customs procedures you may need an agent/broker to assist you. Our shipping company would be happy to put you in touch with an agent/broker if requested.
Please note that online credit card payments can only be accepted for US Shipping destinations, as well as International orders to Canada. If you are outside of the US and Canada and would like to pay using a credit card, you can order by phone, fax, or mail (see more information at the bottom of this page).
SALES TERMS | All Sales Final
Prior to production for customized orders (dolls, faces, lingerie busts, and/or non-standard torso products, such as a torso with pubic hair), a 10% cancellation fee will apply. Refunds take up to 45 days to process. After production has begun no cancellations are permitted. We have a firm no return policy due to the nature of the product. No refunds are given on completed products.
There are no refunds on express orders. Express orders immediately go into production.
