The experience of using this product was very pleasurable over-all. The combination of the reactive audio from the app, the feeling of the prominent internal texture, the suction created, and the sensation from the "ID Pleasure" lubricant were intensely satisfying in my opinion. The cleaning process is straight-forward and fairly easy. The silicone material seems non-porous as advertised, reasonably elastic, pleasant to touch, and aesthetically appealing. It smells nice too. The customer service was kind, considerate, responsive, helpful, and friendly.
I have only a few complaints specifically pertaining to the Sense X itself. The act of using this product "free-hand" requires a bit of technique which, further reinforces the obvious design intent of using it with a Realdoll body or partial body Realdoll product. I also wish that the sensory technology could approximate "clitoral" and "labial" stimulation for added pleasure. Otherwise, it is an excellent product.
This is an awesome product made by a great company. Easy to use & clean and is very durable.
Great feel really adds to the illusion that you are with a robot. Very interactive and responsive. I am very please with my buy and will buy a other insert type soon.

It was difficult to get the insert to connect and requires constant charging. It needs to be charged just before use each and every time. However, with the doll and X-mode app, it is worth the effort! The whole is greater than the sum of the parts,… another level in realism!! I would have rated 5+ stars except for the constant need for charging.
