The inserts are all the same inside (ribbed and nubby). Just the labia is different between the different insert styles. The inside dimension is 7″ deep x 2″ in diameter, however stretches to about 12″ deep and 4″ in diameter. (No cross section images are available.)

The insert is of excellent quality, but this review is more about some advice about insertion. I managed to tear the original while inserting it. I was able to repair it and it works just fine. The instructions say to apply plenty of alcohol on the insert for lubrication, which I have done. However I have discovered that you also should lubricate the opening as well. That makes it much easier and greatly reduces the chance of damage. I have a second one as backup just in case. Always want my doll to be complete so that I can fully enjoy her!
