Cancellation Policy
I understand and agree to the Abyss Creations 30-DAY cancellation policy. Because all our products are custom, handmade, and created-to-order; the materials to create these products are purchased as orders come in, ALL SALES ARE FINAL after 30 days from your order date.
- Cancelations/Refunds can ONLY be requested WITHIN the first 30 DAYS from the order date.
- Orders canceled within the first 7-DAYS will be subject to a 10% CANCELATION FEE.
- Orders canceled AFTER 7 DAYS will be subject to a 20% CANCELATION FEE up and till the end of the 30-DAY CANCELATION period.
- All cancelation fees will be based on the full value of the order and will be deducted from the refund amount and can take up to 45 days to complete.
