A UK customer here. Took me a while to make up mind mind to purchase my doll, (its quite an investment, after all), but I’m very glad I did.
Was somewhat nervous about how she’d turn out, as I wasn’t sure whether my options would work or not. As you can see, the results are quite spectacular.

Took a couple of weeks longer than estimated to complete the order (guess they were pretty busy) but Annette was always happy to answer my queries and helped with the shipping process. Debra was also a great help with the ordering and payment.
