Our products are handmade, custom, and made-to-order (excl: repair kits, adhesive) with ever-changing production lead time estimates. As such, any cancelation (either verbal or written) without confirmation from Abyss Creations will not be considered canceled and you will be charged for your order. Cancelations made within 7 days will be subject to a 10% processing fee. Cancelations after 7 days and up to 30 days will be subject to a 20% processing fee.
No cancelations will be accepted after 30 days.
